When is it best to order my confetti?

If you're excited to cross confetti off your 'To Do List', here's a handy guide to help.

  • Preserved Petals - within 12 months of your wedding/event.
  • Delphinium and Wildflower Petal Confetti - within 12 months of your wedding/event
  • Dried Rose and Hydrangea Petal Confetti - within 3 months of your wedding/event.

How much confetti do I need to order?

Our prepackaged confetti packs include the right amount for each guest, making it easy and stress-free for you to enjoy the celebration!

e.g one packet = 1 handful of confetti for each guest.

How should I store confetti?

Our presentation boxes are the perfect way to store your confetti, both leading up to and on the day of your wedding or event. For optimal preservation of its quality and colour, we recommend keeping your confetti in a cool, dry place, away from direct light.

What does my packaged confetti order Include?

All our confetti is prepackaged in either clear or glassine easy peel bags. We also offer customisation for the stickers, allowing you to choose your preferred colour and text. Everything is then beautifully packed in our presentation box - no hidden costs, just stress-free preparation for your special day!

Is it possible the colour can vary slightly from the website image?

Our petal confetti is made from natural petals, which may vary slightly in colour, size, and texture due to their organic nature. While we do our best to ensure consistency, variations can occur due to seasonal differences, growing conditions, and the drying process.

These natural variations add to the unique charm of our petal confetti and do not affect its quality or beauty.

When can I return a product?

We’re unable to accept returns on our confetti products for a few reasons, but we want to make sure you’re fully informed before making a purchase:

  • Our confetti items are custom-made just for you, so once shipped, they can’t be resold.
  • We don’t have control over how the confetti is stored once it leaves us, so we can’t guarantee it will be in the same condition upon return.
  • We offer a confetti sample service so you can check if the product is what you’re looking for before buying in full.

The only exception to this policy is if the received products which does not match the description on our website - please refer to our Refund Policy.

How can I order a confetti sample?

Confetti samples can be found in individual product page under the Confetti section on our website. Simply select the sample option on the product page before adding it to your cart.

We recommend testing it in different lighting, tossing it to see how it falls, and checking how well it works with any confetti cannons and colour schemes.
