Is it possible the confetti colour can vary slightly from the website image?

Our petal confetti is made from natural petals, which may vary slightly in colour, size, and texture due to their organic nature. While we do our best to ensure consistency, variations can occur due to seasonal differences, growing conditions, and the drying process.

These natural variations add to the unique charm of our petal confetti and do not affect its quality or beauty.

How can i fill and seal an empty cannon?

  1. Make sure the cannon wadding (the cardboard round cutout) is positioned at the internal base of the cannon.
  2. Pour confetti into the cannon until it reaches the top.
  3. Gently press the confetti down and add more if needed. Aim for a small gap of about 6mm between the confetti and the adhesive label.
  4. With a sharp blade, score a line approximately 10mm long inside the white rectangular zone on the label.
  5. Peel the label from its sheet and place it concentrically over the top of the cannon.
  6. Carefully overlap the label edges to form a tight seal around the cannons rim. We recommend using your index finger to press the edges down: press opposite sides alternately, then smooth the entire label so it lies flat around the cannon’s diameter.

When can I return a product?

We’re unable to accept returns on our confetti products for a few reasons, but we want to make sure you’re fully informed before making a purchase:

  • Our confetti items are custom-made just for you, so once shipped, they can’t be resold.
  • We don’t have control over how the confetti is stored once it leaves us, so we can’t guarantee it will be in the same condition upon return.

The only exception to this policy is if the received products which does not match the description on our website - please refer to our Refund Policy.

How much are delivery fees?

For UK mainland orders, a delivery fee of £3.45 applies to purchases up to £59.99. Orders over £60 qualify for free delivery.

Do you deliver outside of mainland UK?

No, we only deliver to mainland UK. Unfortunately, this does not include Northern Ireland or any other locations outside the mainland.
